The installation process

  1. Design: The first step in the vehicle wrap process is to design the wrap. This involves creating a custom design that will fit your car correctly, and portray your brand message. The design is created using specialist computer software that takes into account the curves and contours of your vehicle.
  2. Printing: Once the design is complete, the wrap is printed onto large sheets of premium vinyl. Our printer uses high-quality water based inks to create vibrant colour, we then finish with a protective over laminate that is designed to withstand outdoor conditions.
  3. Cleaning: Before the wrap can be applied, the car must be thoroughly cleaned. Any dirt or debris on the surface of the car can prevent the wrap from adhering properly.
  4. Installation: The wrap is carefully applied to the car, using a combination of heat and pressure to ensure a smooth, even finish. This process can take several hours or even days, depending on the size and complexity of the wrap.

What to look for in a good installer

  1. Experience: Look for an installer who has experience working with vehicle wraps. Ask to see examples of their previous work, and read online reviews to get an idea of their reputation.
  2. Accreditations: Check what certifications they have. If they have invested in good quality training, you know they are serious about their work.
  3. Quality Materials: A good installer will use high-quality vinyl that is designed to withstand outdoor conditions. Cheap materials can fade or peel over time, reducing the lifespan of your wrap. We only work with car wrap installers that use premium films to ensure the best possible outcome.
  4. Attention to Detail: The installer should take the time to properly clean the car before applying the wrap, and should ensure that the wrap is applied evenly and without any bubbles or wrinkles. It is also important that the edges are neat and the wrap is properly post heated.
  5. Warranty: A good installer should offer a warranty on their work. This will give you peace of mind knowing that any issues with the wrap will be addressed by the installer. We offer up-to 7 years warranty on materials when using our printed car wrapping films.

A vehicle wrap is a great way to add a unique touch to your car or to advertise your business. When choosing an installer, look for someone with experience, who uses high-quality materials, pays attention to detail, and offers a warranty on their work. By doing your research and choosing the right installer, you can ensure that your freshly installed vehicle wrap will look great and lasts for years to come.
